Finland's Trip

Teachers and students from the 5 countries involved in the project travelled to Finland to meet their friends, know more about Cedercreutz (the Finnish artist) and inaugurate the 1st audiovisual exhibition of the project.

  1. Brief 5-10 minute presentation of the art work done in each school to learn about the European artists Antoni Llena, Emil Cedercreutz, René Magritte, Enrico Baj and Firat Uysal.

  1. Approval of the Finnish proposal concerning the Audiovisual exhibition and discussion as to how to promote its diffusion.

  1. Further communication among the partners and the students:
-          Assessment of the first videoconference.
-          Upgrading of the twinspace of the Project (documents that should be posted in the web and how to activate the twinspace).

  1. On-going evaluation of the project bearing in mind the Intermediate reports of the project.

  1. Brief discussion if necessary concerning the organization of the fourth meeting of the project in Turkey.



Patufet’s students travel to Finland



At the end of March, twenty students of 6th grade and four teachers of our school participated in the Third Meeting of the Comenius Project “Communicating through Art” that our school coordinates. The students were hosted by Finnish families during six days and they shared this experience with other Turkish, Italian and Belgian students and teachers which also participated in the meeting.
